We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and kind, always there when we needed them. The room was warm and had everything we needed, including a balcony and a sitting area. The hotel also had great amenities like free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a television. The location was perfect, close to the Gondola and in a better place to stay. The swimming pool and other leisure facilities were great and there was free Wi-Fi in public areas. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The warm colors and comfortable furniture made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lounge and dining area, were beautifully decorated and provided a welcoming atmosphere for senior people like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with ramps and handrails throughout the building, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

If I had to ask for one thing to make my vacation even better as a senior person, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and understanding of our needs. Although the staff was generally helpful, a little extra consideration towards the older guests would have truly made a difference in our overall experience.

It is a clean hotel with a good pool, sauna , shuttle bus always prompt, etc.The breakfast is ok. The Apart Hotel Adeona is easy to get around, most things are near the hotel, did not need any taxis. I think we had a very good deal for the money we paid

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations about the location, and the hotel facilities, cleanliness and parking were all great. The breakfast was also really good, and the location is very close to the town center. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the ski lift, making transportation very convenient.

You can find a comfortable stay in nature at this hotel. It's an ideal location with easy access to the town center. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast while gazing at stunning mountain views. the rooms have comfortable beds and pillows and are well-heated. the hotel has a pool and saunas for your use, in addition to a free transfer to a nearby ski zone. the staff caretakers are friendly.

The hotel could improve its customer service, particularly the professionalism of its receptionist.

The apartments are nice and the hotel is very new.

1) sleeping room v. small (wardrobe door could not be opened properly); 2) some rooms are in block B and C, going to SPA/restaurant you need to get outside (chilling); 3) rooms on ground f. in B and C have entrance in the living room right from the outside, obviously no balcony, very big windows and semi-transparent and smaller than normal curtains, therefore lack of privacy and a lot of daylight in mornings; 4) some ice formed in the inner courtyard, during the whole duration of my stay – was near some stairs and many people slipped on it; 5) according to reception, towels are changed every 3 days, ours were changed after 3 nights only after expressly requested; 6) no way to walk to gondola (with ski boots on), 10 minutes by car.

We recently stayed at a hotel for six nights and had a great time. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the location was great as it was a short walk away from the town centre. We also enjoyed the hotel's spa center, which featured a nice pool and a sauna. Another great thing about the hotel was its free transfer service that took us to the ski zone's parking area. This saved us a lot of time and effort, and we really appreciated it.

The hotel's menu was a bit limited, and we felt like there could have been more options. , the atmosphere at the restaurant was not that great, and we would have preferred a more traditional feel.
